From The Inside Out - Hillsongs United
went to the One Way concert on Sunday night with Vallamy.
and one of the opening song was "From The Inside Out".
woooots, i fell in love with the song instantly :)
A thousand times I've failed
Still Your mercy remains And should I stumble again
I'm caught in Your grace
Everlasting
Your light will shine when all else fades
Never ending
Your glory goes beyond all fame
Your will above all else
My purpose remains
The art of losing myself
In bringing You praise
Everlasting
Your light will shine when all else fades
Never ending
Your glory goes beyond all fame
In my heart and my soul
Lord I give You control
Consume me from the inside out
Lord let justice and praise
Become my embrace
To love you from the inside out
Everlasting
Your light will shine when all else fades
Never ending
Your glory goes beyond all fame
And the cry of my heart
Is to bring You praise
From the inside out
Lord my soul cries out

life is hard.
sometimes we all tend to complain alot.
and one of the most common overused phrase is "LIFE IS SO UNFAIR!" right?
but have you ever thought about the less fortunate?
the ones whose life are really unfair?
im very sure that everyone's answer is no.
why not try this.
for everytime you feel like complaining, think of those people
and maybe you'll think twice before complaining next time.
well, im gonna share with you all this email i received quite long ago.
but ive received this mail few times before
and everytime i read it,
the tears jst seem to fall uncontrollably.
*SIGH* if one day i became super rich,
i'll definitely fly to Africa to visit those kids.

Subject: The Pastor and his son
received an email from mummy few weeks ago
and i thought it would be nice to share it with everyone :)
Every Sunday afternoon, after the morning service at the church, the Pastor and his eleven year old son would go out into their town and hand out Gospel Tracts.
This particular Sunday afternoon, as it came time for the Pastor and his son to go to the streets with their tracts, it was very cold outside, as well as pouring down rain. The boy bundled up in his warmest and driest clothes and said, "OK, dad, I'm ready."
His Pastor dad asked, "Ready for what?" "Dad, it's time we gather our tracts together and go out." Dad responds, "Son, it's very cold outside and it's pouring down rain."
The boy gives his dad a surprised look, asking, "But Dad, aren't peop le still going to Hell, even though it's raining?"
Dad answers, "Son, I am not going out in this weather." Despondently, the boy asks, "Dad, can I go? Please ?
His father hesitated for a moment then said, "Son, you can go. Here are the tracts, be careful son." "Thanks! Dad!"
And with that, he was off and out into the rain , his eleven year old boy walked the streets of the town going door to door and handing everybody he met in the street a Gospel Tract.
After two hours of walking in the rain, he was soaking, bone-chilled wet and down to his VERY LAST TRACT. He stopped on a corner and looked for someone to hand a tract to, but the streets were totally deserted.
Then he turned toward the first home he saw and started up the sidewalk to the front door and rang the door bell. He rang the bell, but nobody answered. He rang it again and again, but still no one answered. He waited but still no answer.
Finally, this eleven year old trooper turned to leave, but something stopped him. Again, he turned to the door and rang the bell! and knocked loudly on the door with his fist. He waited, something holding him there on the front porch! He rang again and this time the door slowly opened.
Standing in the doorway was a very sad-looking elderly lady. She softly asked, "What can I do for you, son?" With radiant eyes and a smile that lit up her world, this little boy said, "Ma'am, I'm sorry if I disturbed you, but I just want to tell you that *JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU* and I came to give you my very last Gospel Tract which will tell you all about JESUS and His great LOVE."
With that, he handed her his last tract and turned to leave. She called to him as he departed. "Thank you, son! And God Bless You!"
Well, the following Sunday morning in church Pastor Dad was in the pulpit. As the service began, he asked, "Does anybody have any testimony or want to say anything?" !
Slowly, in the back row of the c hurch, an elderly lady stood to her feet. As she began to speak, a look of glorious radiance came from her face, "No one in this church knows me. I've never been here before. You see, before last Sunday I was not a Christian. My husband passed on some time ago, leaving me totally alone in this world. Last Sunday, being a particularly cold and rainy day, it was even more so in my heart that I came to the end of the line where I no longer had any hope or will to live.
So I took a rope and a chair and ascended the stairway into the attic of my home. I fastened the rope securely to a rafter in the roof, then stood on the chair and fastened the other end of the rope around my neck. Standing on that chair, so lonely and brokenhearted I was about to le ap off, when suddenly the loud ringing of my doorbell downstairs startled me. I thought, "I'll wait a minute, and whoever it is will go away." I waited and waited, but the ringing doorbell seemed to get louder and more insistent, and then the person ringing also started knocking loudly. I thought to myself again, "Who on earth could this be? Nobody ever rings my bell or comes to see me." I loosened the rope from my neck and started for the front door, all the while the bell rang louder and louder.
When I opened the door and looked I could hardly believe my eyes, for there on my front porch was the most radiant and angelic little boy I had ever seen in my life. His SMILE, oh, I could never describe it to you! The words that came from his mouth caused my heart that had long been dead, TO LEAP TO LIFE as he exclaimed with a cherub-like voice, "Ma'am, I just came to tell you that JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU." Then he gave me this Gospel Tract that I now hold in my hand.
As the little angel disappea red back out into the cold and rain, I closed my door and read slowly every word of this Gospel Tract. Then I went up to my attic to get my rope and chair. I wouldn't be needing them any more.
You see---I am now a Happy Child of the KING. Since the address of your church was on the back of this Gospel Tract, I have come here to personally say THANK YOU to God's little angel who came just in the nick of time and by so doing, spared my soul from an eternity in hell."
There was not a dry eye in the church. And as shouts of praise and honor to THE KING resounded off the very rafters of the building, Pastor Dad descended from the pulpit to the front pew where the little angel was seated.
He took his son in his arms and sobbed uncontrollably. Probably no church has had a more glorious moment, and probably this universe has never seen a Papa that wa! s more filled with love & honor for his son... Except for One.
Our Father also allowed His Son to go out into a cold and dark world. He received His Son back with joy unspeakable, and as all of heaven shouted praises and honor to The King, the Father sat His beloved Son on a throne far above all principality and power and every name that is named.

friday the 14th. LOL
im daddy and mummy's driver tonight!
isnt that cool?
i mean, theyve been sending me to places on occasion for years
and tonight, im actly sending and picking them up from dinner.
although mummy insist that i do not have to pick them up
cause it'll be too late and its dangerous at night @@
(and she always forbids me to drive at night except when i have tuition)
lol but that means she cares for me and she loves me.
aww isnt that so sweet?
LMAO im going out of topic -_________-"
anyways, i forgot to blog about yesterday.
our exam was supposed to start at 7.25am
but who knows before roll call they suddenly changed it to a short assembly.
i hate assemblies(spelling correct?) esp during exam time.
and they jst had to have an assembly at the very wrong time.
i mean, theres alrdy gonna be one after EST exam next friday bah
(and its gonna be 1 hour 45 minutes long!)
gosh what a weird school.
and to at up to that, the assembly is about the Merdeka thingy.
omg then that particular "someone" went on stage to give his speech.
and as usual, people started to talk and only 35% of the hall was listening to him.
since he felt that he was respected at all,
he started to go hysterical.
yes, he yelled and banged on the podium and blah blahh.
he even said "CELAKA YOU" and "STUPID ...".
being the _____ that u are,
can u even say these things to ur students?
isnt that very impolite?
and ur setting a very bad example for the juniors u know.
gosh but i cant blame him also laa.
cause if i were to speak on stage and nobody paid attention,
i wouldve stomp my way down the stage and back into my office. lol
after scolding us, he started to talk about hw "great" he was back in college.
never knew he was that "hao lian". LOL
but the way he talked about his life was kinda funny though.
and by the time he finished complaining and showing off,
it was already 8am and we're 35 minutes late for exam.
good thing another someone annouced the changing time of our exam time
which resulted us to finish school half an hour later.
urgh, i somehow feel that ive woken up on the wrong side of the bed yesterday
cause nothing, i repeat, NOTHING seemed to go right at all.
and im having moral + sejarah paper 2 on monday.
people, pls pls pray for me yeah?
*miserable look* i seriously need to pass these 2 subjects.
ps: this isnt the first time he became like this.
pps: what an unlucky day.

add maths test this morning.
yes, i spent more than 3/4 of the time resting/daydreaming.
lol i didnt even study for it.
last night i had a little headache and slept earlier than the past 2 days.
then this morning i set my alarm to around 4.15am so i'd get up to study.
well, i did wake up when my alarm rang
BUT i went back to sleep for a while and who knew my "a while" became 1 hour plus.
when i woke up(2nd alarm ringing), it was already almost 5.30am =.=
so yeah, i didnt have time to study at all.
then yesterday, also quite unlucky lor.
around 10 minutes after exam started my phone rang.
i totally forgot that i un-silent-ed(got such word?) my phone in the car that morning.
omg thank God Miss Drina didnt take my phone away.

jerebu.
the haze is becoming worse each day.
and my ability to breathe properly is also getting worse.
-_____________________________-"
can someone jst sing the raining song so it'll rain for 40 days and 40 nights?
yes, im that desperate.
you know, every morning i wake up smelling smoke everywhere
and every morning i open my front door seeing smoke everywhere.
i even heard from my classmates saying Miri's API(Air Pollution Index) is >200%
sorry for the blurry pic cause my phone's camera quality isnt that good(only 2MP).
borrowed Mdm Sharuliza's newspaper jst now during exam
and this(the pic above) caught my eye.
it says in the picture that Sarawak(as of today 11/08/09),
its gonna be hazy from morning until night. omg
if thishatehaze goes on any longer,
all the citizens of Miri will be having health problems even before Raya.
and the hospitals will be crowded with people everyday
and doctors will become richer,
whereas us patients will become poorer.
gosh, what an unpleasan sight it will be then.
and my ability to breathe properly is also getting worse.

the place seemed deserted.
eventhough it still looks the same,
the feeling is completely different.
everything's changing already
and it will never be the same anymore.

rest in peace, grandma
(5th August 2009)
so much have happened in the past few days that i dont even know where to begin.
well, i'll jst start from sunday, which is one day after my trip to Borneo Rainforest.
so yeah, we all(except daddy) woke up late so we(excluding daddy) went to Youth Mass.
in the evening, there was cell group and it was at my house.
after cell group, i wanted to watch tv as ive missed all 5 episodes of the drama im watching.
halfway through watching tv, the phone suddenly rang.
it was my aunt calling to inform us that my grandma's condition has worsened.
she had to use the oxygen thingy to breathe and was half unconscious.
mummy got really worried and my parents rushed to the hospital(at 10pm).
2 hours later they came back and told me grandma was kinda okay.
the next day mummy decided not to work to accompany grandma
and she said she'll sms me if anything happens to grandma.
who knew right after school i checked my phone and saw many unread messages
of which one of them was from mummy
and it wrote "Popo(grandma in chinese) already go to heaven".
i called her right away to confirm and to my despair it was true.
i couldnt believe and accept the fact that grandma is really gone forever.
frankly speaking, she wasnt my favourite grandma.
in my heart she wasnt that important, i never loved her whole-heartedly.
until monday, when i knew that i could never speak to her ever again
i felt guilty and i regretted.
when i was growing up, grandma did not play any important role in my life.
until these few years(mainly this year), i had to face her almost everyday.
i remembered the times when she followed us to church(somewhere around Mar-Apr '09)
as well as the open market/krokop market
and how i despised following her around the yucky place while waiting for her to buy food.
you know, i think it was because of how unfair daddy was treated
that had left a deplorable impression of her in my mind.
but despite all these, she has been a good mum/grandma/greatgrandma.
so its been a week since grandma left us.
things havent changed much, yet.
in this one week we've all prayed hard for her.
the english(until today) + chinese(until wed) prayer group came everyday to pray for her as well.
today was our last prayer together at grandma's house.
guess what? auntie Rita came also
and she told us that everytime we prayed,
she would see visions of grandma.
and jst now everyone gathered in front of her to listen.
her vision was really interesting and
my aunt then told me that grandma might still be in purgatory now.
at least i can be sure that grandma is gonna be alright
and the Lord has been taking good care of her.
but im guessing that starting tmr,
everything will become different.
everybody will be going our own ways now.
and there'll hardly be anymore gathering on Chinese occasions.
*SIGH* if only i could turn back time,
i'd really wanna go back to the start of this year
when everything was good and grandma was still healthy.
so much have happened in the past few days that i dont even know where to begin.
well, i'll jst start from sunday, which is one day after my trip to Borneo Rainforest.
so yeah, we all(except daddy) woke up late so we(excluding daddy) went to Youth Mass.
in the evening, there was cell group and it was at my house.
after cell group, i wanted to watch tv as ive missed all 5 episodes of the drama im watching.
halfway through watching tv, the phone suddenly rang.
it was my aunt calling to inform us that my grandma's condition has worsened.
she had to use the oxygen thingy to breathe and was half unconscious.
mummy got really worried and my parents rushed to the hospital(at 10pm).
2 hours later they came back and told me grandma was kinda okay.
the next day mummy decided not to work to accompany grandma
and she said she'll sms me if anything happens to grandma.
who knew right after school i checked my phone and saw many unread messages
of which one of them was from mummy
and it wrote "Popo(grandma in chinese) already go to heaven".
i called her right away to confirm and to my despair it was true.
i couldnt believe and accept the fact that grandma is really gone forever.
frankly speaking, she wasnt my favourite grandma.
in my heart she wasnt that important, i never loved her whole-heartedly.
until monday, when i knew that i could never speak to her ever again
i felt guilty and i regretted.

jst for laughs.
here's a joke to share with you all :)
There were two nuns...
One of them was known as Sister Mathematical (SM) ,
and the other one was known as Sister Logical (SL).
It is getting dark and they are still far away from the convent.
SM: Have you noticed that a man has been following us for
the past thirty-eight and a half minutes? I wonder what he wants.
SL: It's logical. He wants to rape us.
SM:Oh, no! At this rate he will reach us in 15 minutes
at the most! What can we do?
SL: The only logical thing to do of course is to walk faster.
SM: It's not working.
SL: Of course it's not working. The man did the only
logical thing. He started to walk faster, too.
SM: So, what shall we do? At this rate he will reach us in one minute.
SL: The only logical thing we can do is split. You go that way and
I'll go this way. He cannot follow us both.
So the man decided to follow Sister Logical.
Sister Mathematical arrives at the convent and is
worried about what has happened to Sister Logical .
Then Sister Logical arrives.
SM:Sister Logical! Thank God you are here!
Tell me what happened!
SL: The only logical thing happened.
The man couldn't follow us both,so he followed me
SM: Yes, yes! But what happened then?
SL : The only logical thing happened. I started to run
as fast as I could and he started to run as fast as he could.
SM: And?
SL: The only logical thing happened. He reached me
SM: Oh, dear! What did you do?
SL : The only logical thing to do. I lifted my dress up..
SM: Oh, Sister! What did the man do?
SL: The only logical thing to do. He pulled down his pants.
SM:Oh, no! What happened then?
SL : Isn't it logical, Sister?
A nun with her dress up can run faster than man with his pants down.
